Provision of engineering personnel on-site to support planned maintenance and breakdown repair works, with the goal to provide compliant, logical and streamlined site-work advice aimed at eliminating re-work and ensuring plant is returned to service safely and reliably.
Capabilities include :
1. Site-based mechanical engineering including:
Repair design and scope definition for both pressure and mechanical equipment
Development of pressure equipment repair methodology
Pressure equipment repair surveillance
Development of mechanical equipment installation, disassembly, inspection and assembly methodology, and subsequent issue of procedures
Mechanical equipment disassembly inspection and assembly surveillance
Quality management monitoring, hold point review and client sign-off
Co-ordination of plant integrity inspections, including inspection and non-destructive testing personnel, documentation and reporting
2. Provision of site-based AS1796 Certificate 10 Welding Supervisor for:
Client representative surveillance of in-process welding and piping fabrication
Review of project welding scope and methodology, including review of contractor weld packages (e.g. weld procedure specifications, welder qualification records and quality monitoring documentation)
Pipe-fitting / installation and weld quality monitoring
